I wish to ignite a sense of joy through paintings that record the inspiring moments that abound. Allowing my imagination to commingle with an accurate representation of the moment, these works are an elevated account of memories, philosophies, and concepts that at first glance may seem familiar but often straddle the line of possible, In the end, I hope to enliven a sense of genuine optimism.
I live in Charleston, SC with my beautiful wife Megan, our lovely children Teya and Bear, and our firecracker of a dog Halo. Together, we own and operate RLS fine art gallery, representing 24 contemporary painters from around the country
